We begin with an intentional opening ritual, which may include inviting supportive energies, elements of nature, ancestors, or spiritual guides into the space. Every aspect is personalized to honor your beliefs, preferences, and comfort.
You’ll then be gently wrapped in warm, herb-infused towels and nestled into layers of cozy blankets, creating a comforting cocoon around your body.
As you rest, you’ll receive nurturing massage of your neck, face, and scalp, inviting you to soften, settle, and simply receive.
The unwrapping is just as intentional as the wrapping. As each layer is gently removed, I’ll offer personalized affirmations, honoring your experience and supporting your transition out of the cocoon.
