Testimonials:

"Part of the magic of the class for me was learning to apply the material to my own life experiences, and talking through that really solidified the concepts."

Emily F.

"This was so fantastic! It was a beautiful experience through and through. Tiffany's facilitation was compassionate, allowing, and calming which really set the tone for diving deep in my own body. It was well-paced and gave me a lot of inspiration. The consent was quite felt as well as the non-judgmental space Tiffany held. It helped me be soft within myself and patient."

Finding Center: Embodied Boundaries for Sex and Relationships

Wednesday, October 7.2026

10 am-12 pm PDT / 1-3 pm EDT

Most of us learned boundaries as a script: say this sentence, use this tone, hold the line. But by the time you need a boundary, the part of you that could deliver that script has often already gone offline. Your body knew something a beat before your mind did, and the gap between those two moments is where a lot of us lose ourselves.

This workshop closes that gap. Drawing on Somatic Experiencing and clinical work with queer and ethically non-monogamous communities, we'll treat boundaries as something you feel before you say. We'll find center through standing balance work, map the felt difference between yes, no, and maybe, and practice saying it out loud — because a boundary you've only thought about is still theoretical.

Along the way, we'll look at the specific landscape of expansive relationships: the pleasure and the cost of losing your edges, the way processing can slide into pressure, and the difference between a boundary and a rule.

You'll leave with a felt reference point for your own center, a working map of your yes/no/maybe signals, and one practice small enough that you'll actually do it.

Cost:

Sliding Scale

$50 - $75 - $100

Guest Instructor:

Meggie Twible, LCSW, SEP, is a somatic practitioner, trainer, and founder of Homecoming Therapies in Chicago. With a decade of clinical experience across complex trauma and diverse relational systems, she draws on Somatic Experiencing® and a systems lens to help people understand how trauma and conditioning live in the body. Meggie works extensively with queer and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) communities, bringing a relationship-diverse, sex-positive lens to her clinical and training work. Beyond her clinical practice, she consults with group practices on trauma-focused and somatic care, and designs trainings that translate complex somatic concepts into practical, embodied skills.

Ancestral Healing As Liberation Technology

Wednesday, October 21, 2026

10 am-12 pm PDT / 1-3 pm EDT

Ancestral healing has become a topic en vogue over the last handful of years, with a heavy emphasis on the individual person and family experience. In this presentation, I will discuss the value of seeing ancestral healing as a liberation technology to improve the quality of your relationships with others, to help you better show up to participate in social justice in ways that are aligned with your strengths, and how to work with your ancestors to support the positive changes you'd like to see in your community.

Participants will walk away with:

1) Expanded imagination around how to connect their spiritual practice to their day-to-day life,

2) A greater ability to show up to relationships from a headspace of creation, not reaction,

3) Deeper compassion and patience for themselves and others, supported by healthy boundaries, even in moments of crisis, conflict, and turmoil.

Cost:

Sliding Scale

$50 - $75 - $100

Guest Instructor:

Alexis P. Morgan is a psychic jezebel, spiritual showgirl, multidisciplinary creative, multiverse strategist, and ancestral healer, exploring the infinite contours of identity, power, and desire in the pursuit of collective liberation + personal fulfillment. She hopes to inherit the title of "most exciting [femme] in the world" before she hits the stars from Eartha Kitt, by way of a kindly phantasm of Orson Welles.

Dream Guidance for Being with Uncertainty

Wednesday, November 18, 2026

10 am-12 pm PST / 1-3 pm EST

A boundary is an edge. A place of separation and connection. When we cross over the edge of knowing into the realm of not knowing, we are met with uncertainty. Uncertainty can be an activating force, particularly during times of transition, growth, loss. Dreams are a potent resource for navigating the unknown as they are rich with guidance and helpers.

In this experiential offering, you will  have an opportunity to  explore your dream material using somatic practices to sense into the support your dreams offer.

Please bring a dream you are curious about.  If you do not have a dream to work with, you are welcome to bring an image, symbol, sign or synchronicity to explore.

Cost:

Sliding Scale

$50 - $75 - $100

Guest Instructor:

The Inheritance Audit: What Is Yours, What Was Given and What Ends With You

Wednesday, December 2, 2026

10 am-12 pm PST / 1-3 pm EST

Not everything you inherited is yours to carry, and not everything passed down to you should be thrown away.

The Inheritance Audit is a spiritually grounded workshop for examining the beliefs, fears, strengths, survival strategies, family assignments and ancestral wisdom living in your present. Participants learn to distinguish inheritance from identity and loyalty from obligation.

The purpose is not to condemn the people who came before us. It is to honor what kept them alive while deciding what is capable of carrying us forward.

Participants Will Explore:

  • Inherited beliefs, fears and family assignments
  • Ancestral strengths and survival wisdom
  • The difference between honoring and repeating
  • Patterns maintained through loyalty, silence or fear
  • Choosing what to keep, transform, return or end

Participants leave with:

An Inheritance Inventory and a declaration naming what will be carried forward and what ends here.

Some inheritances are medicine. Some were survival tools. Some are burdens that have reached the end of the line. The Inheritance Audit helps you decide what is yours, what was given and what ends with you.

Cost:

Sliding Scale

$50 - $75 - $100

Guest Instructor:

Hoodoo Reverend LadySpeech Sankofa is an ordained Reverend Hoodoo practitioner, liberation theologian, sacred dominatrix, Death Doula, and spiritual artist. One of the most powerful voices at the intersection of African diaspora tradition, erotic sovereignty, and Black liberation.

For over 25 years, they have been a beloved pillar of Denver's art, activist, and spiritual communities, holding sacred space with the same deliberateness they bring to ceremony.

Through workshops, ritual theater, spoken word, ceremonies, spiritual guidance, and sacred kink practice, Hoodoo Reverend LadySpeech guides communities, and earth-honoring seekers back to the parts of themselves that were exiled, condemned, or claimed by someone else's god. Their work does not soften the body, the shadow, or the tradition to make it easier to swallow. It asks you to meet it — and yourself — whole.

Their cultural and spiritual work has left a visible mark on the national record. Published in Ebony Magazine in 2013, their voice was recognized early as one of passionate truth and cultural clarity. In 2014, a photograph of LadySpeech praying and smudging during the Ferguson Uprising went viral — an image that captured not just a moment, but a ministry: the radical, embodied practice of protecting the people through ceremony.

They are also the founder of Freedom of Speech, Denver's legendary open mic and cultural gathering, once housed at the historic Gypsy House Café.

A lifelong student of magic, the occult, African Traditional Religions, and earth-based spiritual systems, Reverend LadySpeech Sankofa is an experienced Diviner, Sorceress, kink practitioner, and Hood Oracle who knows that healing is not passive — it is initiation.

They do not simply offer guidance. They lead you back to yourself.

Join Shana Lipner Grover from Sage Country Herbs to explore the realm of plants and their physical and energetic boundaries.

In this class we will explore the connection between physical and energetic boundaries. What plants that have an affinity for supporting integrity, as well as the practical application of herbal medicine to support us knowing where we end and the world begins.
